The food was excellent with a great variety on the menu; the location was fantastic, surrounded by shops and just a short walk to the beach in a lovely area.

the location in a nice area was marvellous and perfect and there were a market and various stores nearby. the room was neat, airy, it had a safe, an air conditioner, and a storage space. exceptional service, just what we needed.

The room was tidy and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and a great bed; the hotel was reasonably priced and centrally located.

The staff went far beyond the norm to assist us in every way. They allowed us the use of their facilities after check out to make our last day in Hawaii enjoyable.

This place is quite spacious and tidy, offering good bang for your buck with friendly staff. the local food they serve is top-notch! It's conveniently situated on a busy street, just a 25-minute drive to the airport. 🌴.

the location is excellent just right around the corner from all the shops on Kuhio Ave.. ten minute walk from waikiki beach and the us army museum.. the view of the ala wai canal and the mountains is beautiful..great room service.family owned and so much aloha spirit..i would definately stay there again next trip..it is an older building but kept very clean..full kitchen..laundry facilitiies..and massages.. no pool but the beach is so close doesn't matter..

The lanai is fantastic. Like living outside. When it got hot, it was cool again and if I wanted to catch up on the tv news could watch it at the same time. You have a FULL kitchen stocked with all real silverware, glasses & cups. The bathroom was remodeled in the mid nineties with fancy door and the shower is good. You cannot hear neighbors through the walls at all. The Pantry is a full grocery store about three blocks away. The sun ups are beautiful. Housekeeping reports at the door every day. Your privacy is intact, staff mind their own business, not yours. Air conditioning works fine, just close closet and bathroom doors for efficiency.

Hey this isn't the Taj but I stayed there 24 days and paid less than hotels here in Long Beach, CA. The carpeting in the hallway is way overdue for replacement.
